The Trust is registered under Sec.12AA and donations to the Trust are exempted under Sec.80G of the Income Tax Act,1961 vide Letter No. F. No.CIT-II/CHD/80G/TECH/187/470 dated 07.05.2007 & F.No.CCIT/CHD/Tech/Misc./2010-11/7/561 dated 03.05.10 issued from the Income Tax Department.
The Trust has also got approval from Ministry of Finance under Sec.35AC of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as recommended by the National Committee for promotion of Social and Economic Welfare vide F.No.270/407/2008-NC dated 26.05.2009. and under Notification No.S.O.1250(E) dated 18.05.09.The donations made under Sec 35AC are 100% exempted.
