Human Resource Philosophy:

Overview of the Department:

The Department is staffed by skilled HR professionals and through effective and innovative best practice HR polices promotes a working environment, which is conducive to positive employee relations and promotes personal development of its key resource. The HR Department meets the needs of dynamic and constantly changing HR and healthcare environment.

Location of the Human Resources Department:

The Human Resources Department is located in the Hospital Building of Gain Sagar, Which is located near and accessible from the main entrance of the Hospital.

HR Services

This Department is responsible for the implementation of policies on terms and conditions o employment e.g. recruitment, employee remuneration, payroll, training & development, leave records including maternity leave etc. The HR department also provides support service to employees regarding polices, procedures and terms and conditions of employment. HR Services is also responsible for the maintenance of individual employee files and administration records.
